He gained widespread recognition for his role as the former co-owner and front-of-house maestro at Eleven Madison Park, a renowned three-star Michelin restaurant in New York City.
Guidara has been celebrated for his innovative approach to hospitality and his commitment to creating extraordinary dining experiences. His partnership with chef Daniel Humm at Eleven Madison Park resulted in the restaurant earning numerous accolades, including the prestigious title of “World’s Best Restaurant” by The World’s 50 Best Restaurants in 2017.
