Meet Susie:

Susie Miller is an author, speaker, and catalyst for growth. She equips high performers to have less conflict, better communication, greater clarity and confidence. Susie is a fixer- a business and leadership strategist who identifies problems and creates solutions when it comes to interpersonal dynamics at work and at home.

As the founder of LeaderSynq, and an experienced communicator and consultant, Susie has worked with companies, organizations, and individuals to maximize their relationship capital at work, home, and play.

For over 30 years, she has helped people uncover the deeper issues that keep relationships from thriving, and then develop the skills to create sustainable success at work and at home. Susie is the author of Listen, Learn, Love: How to Dramatically Improve Your Relationships in 30 Days or Less!, and has appeared in large publications, been a guest on numerous popular podcasts, radio such as NPR, and spoken on Capitol Hill.
