Gabby Reece, born on January 6, 1970, in La Jolla, California, is a former professional volleyball player, model, author, and fitness expert. With a standout volleyball career at Florida State University and on the international stage, she later transitioned into modeling, gracing the covers of numerous magazines. Reece is also known for her books on health and fitness and her advocacy for balanced well-being. She continues to inspire others with her strength, grace, and commitment to a healthy lifestyle.
